Bajao Pungi, Hatao Lungi !


DMK man was right in saying that the lungi is a dravidian identification and it has an history to it. Just wanted to recollect how Mr Bal Thackery targeted the south indians and associated them to the casual wear.

The marati's so called son of the soil felt marginalised and disgruntled with their poor representation in the emerging service sector, with mostly the south indians occupying the max percentage of vacancies.

And through his cartoon in a weekly named Marmik, which later became the most read for the marati manoos, he began an incendiary war through the cheap campaign of "Uthao Lungi"

All those who ridiculing should understand it is a casual wear of a poor, middle class and even for the upper middle class in kerala.

Revisit the history pages, before mocking someone for what he wears and what he eats.. Needless to document we observe only Mr Stalin bearing the torch of dravidianism..

Yes, there are indiffereces over the alliance with BJP,  and Mr D Jayakumar alias Vinveli Nayagan was quite vocal, and expressed it with everyone , including me. I am writing to our external affairs to cancel his passport and all other citizenship documents and of course of  his lilliputians as well,  for talking ill of our ex primeminister Late Mr Rajiv Gandhi and encouraging the next generation kids to consume toddy, and revolt against the Indian constitution and create a law and order crisis, by declaring we killed Rajiv Gandhi. And you are tagged to the external ministery, including my champ Mr Subramanian swamy. According to me, he is a man of past , uneducated, barbaric and who does not belong to the soil of India , but of his LTTE terrorist Prabhakaran of Srilanka. . Air transport is the best of all services in the world and our flight crew are the smartest to overcome all the sky turbulence. Ofcourse, all the transport has it own pros and cons, and airservies are of no exception.  And in this situation,  I  could recall a scene from the movie Rain man, in which Dustin Huffman scares to step onto the aircraft, fearing a crash and Tom cruise evokes his wisdom, by running the statistics of air crash and road crash.. and my heart goes out to all the victims.. No doubt , Aircraft has its own disadvantages, in terms of altitude and combustible proneness, but it is a great innovation of mankind which should be admired, and utilized of.. Deadliest of all the crash is the 1996 charkha Dadri mid-air collision.. Just imagine an aircraft crashing head to head.
