What's good for the goose is good for the gander!
Of late, Mr Eps has gone on hiatus and the second line leaders of AIADMK are doing most of the talking with regards to the alliance, and countering the charges of the ruling government. And what he has not understood is that his silence has fueled gossips and unfair assumption.
And some of the youtubers are exagerrating that there is a rift in the alliance, whilst the so called political observers are mumbling that they are in cahoots to remove the DMK from power.
But is the opposition leader not duty bound to meet the press atleast twice a week in the run up to the election , atleast when he was hurled with attacks by the opposition? Has he not comprehended that his silence would lead to speculations and confusion?
It's alright if he takes his time when things are normal and under control, but right now it is slipping out of his hands, with Mr Annamalai running his mouth on anything and everything, related to the coalition government, and his partners are not giving him any positive signs of their existence in the alliance.
When there is a compulsion and mutual benefit. Ofcourse AIADMK should defend the alliance, and bury the rumours of partying ways.
